This way, you’ll be able to easily administer both your domains and sites from one location. To unlock all the hosting features in your Control Panel, simply visit the Upgrade Plan section on the left and specify the plan that you desire to move to.

After we activate the chosen plan, you will get a bouquet of tools, among them a drag ’n’ drop File Manager, a hotlink protection tool, a domain name redirection tool, an exhaustive web site traffic stats tool, a 1–click Web Applications Installer using which you’ll be able to effortlessly launch personal diaries, social networking web sites, online image galleries, etc.

The domain redirection tool that is included in Big Green Host’s web hosting Control Panel enables you to redirect a domain or a sub–domain in your account to a different site of your preference. You just have to specify the host you need to forward along with the desired destination path itself. Our tool will take care of the redirection process and your domain will begin to point to the preferred location momentarily.

The tool features an intuitive interface, so you will be able to forward a given domain or subdomain with only a couple of mouse clicks instead of making elaborate .htaccess file modifications.

With our web hosting Control Panel, domain parking is effortless and quick. You simply have to specify the domain you want to park and to choose one of our domain name parking themes – For Sale or Under Construction. Our clever system will park your domain name instantaneously with absolutely no waiting time. If you have to un–park it, this can be done with one single click.

If you desire to bring a distinctive personal touch to the domain parking themes, you may also embed custom text.

If you want to use WordPress MultiSite or another multi–site application, or even if you want to prevent users from typing the ’www.’ part of your domain incorrectly, you will be able to use the wildcard domain name activation options offered by our Domain Manager tool.

With the Wildcard functionality available in the Domain Manager, you will be able to forward all the hosts and sub–domains under a certain domain name, for example – blog.domain.com or forum.domain.com, to the index page of your site.

Just click on the Order SSL Certificate button, specify the kind of certificate that you prefer – normal or wildcard, and enter the required information. Then click the Order button and we will send you your certificate’s details.

By locking your domain name, you can defend it from unsolicited transfers. Thus, anybody who tries to trigger a transfer of your domain name to another domain registrar will be instantly blocked.

And in case you have to transfer your domain name to a different registrar yourself, you can unlock it with a single mouse click. The domain locking/unlocking functionality is included in the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel. Just choose a domain and after that click on the Registrar Lock button to lock or unlock it.
